Bertha Street Sanitary Sewer Replacement: The project generally consists of replacing the existing 15-inch sanitary sewer main and reconnecting existing service laterals. Add/Alternate - Lucerne Avenue Sanitary Sewer Project: The project generally consists of installing 2” HDPE force main, 8” SDR-35 sanitary sewer reconnection, miscellaneous fittings, and an E/One Duplex Pump Station package. Additional work includes abandoning the existing 8” clay piping and core drilling existing manhole for 2” force main. For both projects, the Contractor shall include the cost of traffic control, soil erosion, rough grading, fine grading, seeding, drive replacement, road repair, etc., as applicable, to perform the work as outlined on the plans and specified herein.
