THE STATE OF INDIANA TO THE DEFENDANTS ABOVE NAMED, AND OTHER PERSON WHO MAY BE CONCERNED:
You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named.
The nature of the suit against you is for quieting the title to the following described real estate in Lawrence County, Indiana, to-wit:
A part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 5 North, Range 1 West, situated in the City of Bedford, Lawrence County, Indiana, being all that part of the L.N.A. and Chicago Western Railroad lying between 6th Street and 7th Street, more particularly described as:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 16 in Reaths Addition to the City of Bedford, thence SOUTH 10 degrees 37 minutes 33 seconds EAST, 358.49 feet along the East line of said Lot 16, being the Western right of way of the L.N.A. and Chicago Railroad, to the North line of 7th Street; thence NORTH 89 degrees 16 minutes 40 seconds EAST, 60.91 feet along said North line to the Southwest corner of Outlot 2 in Walls and Boruff;s Addition to the City of Bedford; thence NORTH 10 degrees 37 minutes 33 seconds WEST, 358.34 feet along the Western line of said Outlot 2, being the Eastern right of way of the L.N.A. and Chicago Railroad to the prolonged North line of Lot 16 in Reaths Addition, and the South line of 6th Street; thence SOUTH 89 degrees 25 minutes 29 seconds WEST, 60.94 feet to the Point of Beginning, and containing 0.49, Acres more or less.
This summons by publication is specifically directed to the de-fendants named above whose addresses or persons where-abouts are unknown to the plaintiff herein.
In addition to the above-named defendants being served by this summons there may be other defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit.
If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert in your written response.
You must answer the complaint in writing by you or your attor-ney within thirty (30) days after the third notice of suit and if you fail to, a judgment will be entered against you for what the plaintiff has demanded.
