Containing 15,466 square feet, more or less. A temporary easement over the below described real property for the purpose of severing, demolishing, removing, re-facing, and otherwise reconstructing the building and improvements that are located partially on the land taken and partially on the remainder property and for the purpose of any work necessary and incidental to said activities and to tie in and to harmonize said property with the roadway construction to be undertaken by the FDOT.
