A temporary easement over the below described real property for the purpose of severing, demolishing, removing, re-facing, and otherwise reconstructing the building and improvements that are located partially on the land taken and partially on the remainder property and for the purpose of any work necessary and incidental to said activities and to tie in and to harmonize said property with the roadway construction to be undertaken by the FDOT. This easement shall be limited to said purposes but shall include all rights necessary to accomplish the stated purposes, including, but not limited to, the authority of the FDOT to apply for and to secure any necessary permits or approvals to accomplish the stated purposes. FDOT's demolition and construction work will be primarily in the area located near FDOT's right of way line within the area of the Temporary Construction Easement as described herein. Access over the lands described herein, which may be necessary to accomplish the demolition and construction work, is understood to be included within the scope of this easement. The rights provided for herein shall terminate no later than five years after the Date of Value for this parcel. This easement includes the right to ingress and egress, occupy, possess, and to control the property described herein for the stated purposes and to stage and to use equipment on said lands for the stated purposes, in, upon, over and through the following described land in Sumter County, Florida.

You are hereby notified that the Petitioner filed its sworn Petition and its Declaration of Taking in this Court against you as Respondent, seeking to condemn by eminent domain proceedings the above-described property located in the State of Florida, County of Sumter.
You are further notified that the Petitioner will apply to the Honorable Erin Daly, one of the Judges of this Court on the 18th day of August, 2026 at 1:00 p.m., Sumter County Courthouse, Courtroom B, 215 E. McCollum Avenue, Bushnell, FL 33513 for an Order of Taking in this cause. All Respondents to this suit may request a hearing at the time and place designated and be heard. Any Respondent failing to file a request for hearing shall waive any right to object to the Order of Taking.
