NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed Bids for the removal and disposal of 650,000 gals. annually (more or less) of liquid sludge, on an approximately 6,500 to 18,000 gal. (more or less) per week basis, with Township irrevocable right to renew for second and third years, will be accepted until 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, August 13, 2026 by the Director of Water & Wastewater Operations of Buckingham Township, to be publicly opened and read at approximately 11:15 a.m.
Proposal forms and contract specifications may be obtained at the Buckingham Township Building, 4613 Hughesian Drive, Buckingham, during regular business hours 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Township. The Municipality reserves the right to waive irregularities and the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
