PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of West Manchester Township, York County, Pennsylvania, that a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the West Manchester Zoning Map will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the West Manchester Township offices, 380 E. Berlin Road, York, PA. The Board will consider “AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST MANCHESTER, YORK COUNTY, PA, AMENDING THE WEST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP ZONING MAP, REZONING FROM THE R-5 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO THE I-2 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT FOR THE CERTAIN PARCEL LOCATED AT 99 HOKES MILL ROAD.” The Board of Supervisors will consider the amendment for adoption at the regularly scheduled public meeting of the Board immediately following the aforesaid hearing. A copy of the proposed Ordinance may be examined without charge at the Township offices during normal business hours. A copy of the proposed Ordinance has been filed with the York Newspaper and the York Law Research Center, 45 N George St, York PA. Interested citizens are invited to attend the aforesaid public hearing and the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of West Manchester Township immediately following the public hearing and offer comments on the proposed amendment.
