Steven Kelley, Applicant, for relief from Braintree’s Zoning Ordinance pursuant to Chapters 135-403 (A) and 135-701 to demolish and reconstruct a Single-family Dwelling on a pre-existing non-conforming lot. The Applicant seeks a Finding to reconstruct the Single-Family Dwelling within the Lot as the Lot Area is 9,787 sq. ft., where 15,000 sq. ft. is required, and within the front yard setback at 4 ft., where 20 ft. is required (4 ft. existing). The property is located at 23 Venus Rd., zoned Residence B as shown on Assessors Plan 3040 Lot 112 with a total lot area of 9,787 sq. ft.
