The condominium unit known as Unit No. L of the 9 & 11 Emily Jeffers Road Condominium, Randolph, Massachusetts being more fully described as follows:
Unit No. L of 9 & 11 Emily Jeffers Road Condominium created by Master Deed dated November 8, 1984 recorded with Norfolk County Registry of Deeds on November 8, 1984 in Book 6537, Page 213.
The Post Office address of the Unit is 11 Emily Jeffers Road, Randolph, Massachusetts.
The Unit conveyed is as shown on plan recorded with the first unit deed, which plan is a copy of a portion of the plans recorded with said Master Deed and to which is affixed a verified statement in the form required by Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 183 A, Section 9.
The Unit is conveyed together with an undivided 50% percentage interest in the Common Areas and Facilities and the same percentage interest in the Organization of Unit Owners known as No. 9 & 11 Emily Jeffers Road Condominium Trust under Declaration of Trust dated November 8, 1984 recorded with said Deeds on November 8, 1984 in Book 6357, Page 230.
The Condominium is conveyed subject to and with the benefit of the obligations, restrictions, rights and liabilities contained in Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 183 A, as amended, the Master Deed and the By-Laws of the No. 9 & 11 Emily Jeffers Road Condominium Trust recorded November 8, 1984 in Book 6537, Page 230.
For mortgagor’s title see deed recorded with the Norfolk County Registry of Deeds in Book 15432, Page 519.
The premises will be sold subject to any and all unpaid taxes and other municipal assessments and liens, and subject to prior liens or other enforceable encumbrances of record entitled to precedence over this mortgage, and subject to and with the benefit of all easements, restrictions, reservations and conditions of record and subject to all tenancies and/or rights of parties in possession.
