A Petition was filed seeking a Special Permit in accordance with Sections 290-2-2.4 E (3), 290-5-2.2 A, 290-5-3.1, and 290-5-3.3 of the Carver Zoning By-Law, for property located at 243 Meadow Street in Carver, MA (Assessors Map 86, Lot 4-3), so as to construct a detached two (2) story, two (2) car garage, with ridge height of 23 feet to include an unfinished attic (total square footage of 1,710; 700 square feet allowed as of right), in a Residential-Agricultural District.
Any persons interested and wishing to be heard should appear at the time and place designated. A copy of the Plan is on file at the Planning Department and may be reviewed during normal business hours.
