The Petitioners’ Motion for Alternative Service is granted. The purpose of this Notice is to notify the Respondent, East Coast Land Development Corp. and any and all interested parties of the above entitled quiet title action concerning the premises located at 0 Morton Avenue, Johnston, Rhode Island and to notify the Respondent and any and all interested parties that he/she/it must file an Answer to the Complaint in this matter in writing on or before twenty (20) days after the second publication. Said Answer must be filed with this Court. If the Defendant fails to file an Answer to this matter as specified above, Judgment will be taken against him for relief demanded in the Complaint, following the entry of default.
