INVITATION FOR BIDS BMO CENTER Personnel Door Replacement BID #2026 – Personnel Door Replacement – 003   Bids will be received until 12:00 p.m., local time, on Friday July 24, 2026 at the office of Rockford Arena Venues Entertainment Authority, 300 Elm Street, Rockford, IL 61101 or submitted electronically by email to:  wfolk@RockfordLive.com At that time and place all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will be accepted until the specified opening time and date. Any bidder attempting to deliver after the opening time and date will be refused. Bid documents may be obtained by emailing: wfolk@RockfordLive.com Each bidder shall submit with their bid the information specified in the bid documents for compliance with the laws of the State of Illinois on Fair Employment Practices and with the City of Rockford’s Ordinance on Equal Employment and Business Opportunity. Any bid which fails to include the compliance items properly completed will not be read and will not be considered. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). Rockford Arena Venues Entertainment Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities.
