By Virtue of Writ of Seizure and Sale to me directed from the Honorable 1st Judicial District Court of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, I have seized and will sell at Public Auction for cash according to law with benefit of appraisement in Room G-20, or any other place within the Caddo Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the sale, during the legal hours of sales on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 beginning at 10:00 A.M.
PLAINTIFF'S MORTGAGE AND/OR PRIVILEGE AFFECTS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY, TO-WIT:
THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PARCEL OF GROUND, AND ALL OF THE RIGHTS, WAYS, PRIVILEGES, SERVITUDES, APPURTENANCES AND ADVANTAGES THEREUNTO BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING, SITUATED IN:
LOT TWO HUNDRED FOUR (204), BIENVILLE PATH UNIT NO. 5, IN TWELVE OAKS, A SUBDIVISION OF SHREVEPORT, LOUISIANA, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 6050, AT PAGES 208-210, UNDER REGISTRY NO. 2335918, OF THE CONVEYANCE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON; SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND OUTSTANDING MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD AFFECTING THE PROPERTY.
Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ together with attorney's fee, interest and costs.
