By Virtue of Writ of Seizure and Sale to me directed from the Honorable 1st Judicial District Court of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, I have seized and will sell at Public Auction for cash according to law with benefit of appraisement in Room G-20, or any other place within the Caddo Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the sale, during the legal hours of sales on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 beginning at 10:00 A.M.
THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE ACT OF MORTGAGE IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
LOT FORTY-FOUR (44), IDLEWOOD PARK, A SUBDIVISION IN CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONVEYANCE BOOK 650, PAGE 451, RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA; AND A PORTION OF LOT FORTY-THREE (43) OF SAID IDLEWOOD PARK, BEING DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 43, RUNTHENCE NORTH ON LOT LINE 155.54 FEET TO IRON PIPE ON THE WEST LINE OF LOT 43; RUN THENCE EAST 242.4 FEET TO IRON PIPE ON THE EAST LINE OF LOT 43; RUN THENCE SOUTH 204.7 FEET TO OLD IRON PIPEAT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 43; RUN THENCE NORTH 78 DEGREES 11 MINUTES 29 SECONDS WEST ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF LOT 43, 247.4 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON.
Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ together with attorney's fee, interest and costs.
