By Virtue of Writ of Seizure and Sale to me directed from the Honorable 1st Judicial District Court of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, I have seized and will sell at Public Auction for cash according to law with benefit of appraisement in Room G-20, or any other place within the Caddo Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the sale, during the legal hours of sales on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 beginning at 10:00 A.M.
THE WEST ONE-HALF OF LOT 125 OF THE BROADACRES SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, AS RECORDED IN BOOK 50, PAGE 507, REGISTRY 31030, OF THE CONVEYANCE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 125, RUN THENCE EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF LOT 125 A DISTANCE OF 350 FEET, RUN THENCE SOUTH AND PARALLEL TO THE WEST LINE OF LOT 125 A DISTANCE OF 629.3 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTHEASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF THE FLOURNOY LUCAS ROAD, RUN THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID ROAD A DISTANCE OF 383.5 FEET, RUN THENCE NORTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF LOT 125 A DISTANCE OF 473.8 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING 4.435 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON WITH GEO # 171527003017400
NOTE: THE PROPERTY SUBJECT TO THIS SEIZURE IS UNIMPROVED LAND, WITH NO MUNICIPAL ADDRESS, IT IS CURRENTLY IDENTIFIED BY THE CADDO PARISH TAX ASSESSOR AS "GEO ID 171527-003-0174-00"
Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ together with attorney's fee, interest and costs.
