WHEREAS on March 17, 2023, Joshua Criss, an unmarried man, executed a Mortgage in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Stockton Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns. Said Mortgage was recorded on March 20, 2023 in Book 1 2023004, Page 913 in the real property records of Johnson County, Arkansas. Said Mortgage was subsequently assigned to Stockton Mortgage Corporation, by virtue of an assignment dated July 9, 2024 and recorded on July 10, 2024 in Book 1 2024011, Page 66 in the real property records of Johnson County, Arkansas. Said Mortgage was further assigned to Lakeview Loan Servicing, by virtue of an assignment dated February 17, 2025 and recorded on March 6, 2025 in Book 1 2025004, Page 106 in the real property records of Johnson County, Arkansas.
