MSDH Request for Proposals (RFP) EMS Capacity Assessment RFx 3120003390   The Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) will accept submissions for Request for Proposals, EMS Capacity Assessment 10:00 a.m. CST, Friday, July 24, 2026, from interested proposers to provide a Statewide assessment for a regionalized approach to provide EMS Services statewide in Mississippi. The proposer should be able to create and implement community paramedicine training and education mode.
