PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of the Judgment of Foreclosure made in the above- entitled action on January 5, 2026, by the Honorable Angela W. Sutkiewicz and docketed by the Clerk of Circuit Court for Sheboygan County, Wisconsin on January 8, 2026, in the amount of $350,483.06 as of January 5, 2026, as it relates to the below-described property, the undersigned Sheriff of Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, will sell at public auction in the main lobby of the County Administrator Building, 508 New York Ave, Sheboygan, WI 53081, on August 5, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., the following described premise:
Lot 6, Dulmes Estates, Town of Lima, Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, excepting therefrom the following: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 6; thence Southwesterly 20.00 feet along the arc of a 267.00 foot radius curve to the right, said curve having a chord which bears South 57° 46' 08" West, 20.00 feet; thence North 25° 08' 16" West, 78.30 feet; thence South 39° 48' 20" East, 78.38 feet to the point of beginning.
Also, Lot 7, Dulmes Estates, Town of Lima, Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, excepting therefrom the North 52 feet thereof.

PURSUANT TO SAID JUDMENT TERMS OF SALE: 10% of the successful bid must be
paid to the Sheriff of Sheboygan County, Wisconsin at the time of sale in certified funds (cash, money order, or cashier's check) and payable to the Clerk of Courts for Sheboygan County, Wisconsin (personal checks cannot and will not be accepted). The balance of the successful bid must be paid to the Sheboygan County, Clerk of Courts in cash, cashier's check or certified funds no later than ten (10) days after the Courts confirmation of the sale or else the downpayment is forfeited to the Plaintiff. The sale will be as-is, where-is and subject to outstanding real estate taxes, superior liens or other encumbrances together with any interest of record, if any. Purchaser, if other than the Plaintiff, shall be responsible for applicable real estate transfer fees in addition to the purchase price.
