The Sharon A. Adrian Trust dated July 1, 2001 was created for the benefit of Sharon A. Adrian. Sharon A. Adrian died on September 23, 2021. After her death, David P. Lambert became the beneficiary of the Trust. David P. Lambert died on November 4, 2024. 3. Upon the death of David P. Lambert, the remaining beneficial interest in the Trust, if any, became distributable to the heirs of David P. Lambert, subject to the payment or allowance of proper Trust debts, expenses, trustee compensation, attorney fees, costs of administration, and other claims as determined by the Court. 4. The matter will be heard at the Fond du Lac County Courthouse, 160 S. Macy Street, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, Room #1, before the Honorable Tricia L.
