Lincoln University is accepting sealed bids for improvements to the aquaculture research facility building located at Carver Farm, 3804 Bald Hill Road, Jefferson City, MO until 9:00 AM, Thursday August 6th. At that time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The right is reserved by Lincoln University to Reject any and all bids or to waive informalities therein.
The project generally consists of, but is not limited to providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, traffic control, and supervision necessary to complete the following:
Construction of a one-story slab on grade building addition on the north side of the existing Aquaculture Research Building. Proposed addition is 760 SF+/+ and consists of a process/laboratory room, 2 offices, a small closet and a hallway abutting the existing building wall. Electric, IT/data and domestic water will be extended from the existing building. Sanitary sewer for the process/lab space will be a dedicated service line routed to an existing sanitary line just north of the addition. Addition will have its own standalone HVAC system. Exterior improvements include re-routing of existing electric service to the wastewater treatment system east of the addition, underground roof drain collection piping, and new sidewalk.
A prebid conference will be held at the project site, located at 3804 Bald Hill Road, Jefferson City, Missouri 65101 at 10:00 AM, July 22nd, 2026. Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend.
