NOTICE
The Zoning Hearing Board of Warrington Township, Bucks County, PA, will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 27, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Warrington Township Building, 852 Easton Road, Warrington, PA, to consider the application of Katie and Shawn Flaherty, regarding Tax Parcel No. 50-051-061 which is located at 2106 Black Horse Drive, in the R-2, Medium Density Residential Zoning District of War-rington Township. Applicant seeks to construct an addition to an existing single-family dwelling. The addition increases the impervious surface coverage on site from 21.38% to 23.12%. §370-411.E(1)(c)[1] permits a maximum of 20% impervious surface coverage. Ap-plicant seeks a variance to exceed the impervious sur-face coverage limits. Applicant asserts that the single-family dwelling on site re-presents a lawfully preexisting nonconforming structure.
