NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment dated June 10, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2025-CA-002234 of the Circuit Court of the First Judicial Circuit in and for Okaloosa County, the undersigned Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://www.bid4assets.com/
OkaloosaFL/calendar the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions at 11:00 am Central Time on the 27th day of July, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
That certain real property lying and being in Okaloosa County, Florida and being more particularly described as follows:
Condominium Unit No. 601-8, Fair Oaks Village, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium for Fair Oaks Village, a Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 1163, Page 395, of the Public Records of Okaloosa County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in and to the Common Elements as set forth in said Declaration and in the Appendix “D” thereto (said Unit together with said undivided interest in the Common Elements shall together hereinafter be referred to as the “Condominium Parcel”, referred to as Building E, Unit 8, in recorded Declaration.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN ONE YEAR AFTER THE SALE.
In accordance with F.S. 45.031(3), the successful high bidder, if other than the Plaintiff, shall post with the clerk a deposit equal to 5 percent of the final bid. The deposit shall be applied to the sale price at the time of payment. If final payment is not paid to the Clerk by 4:00 pm Central Time the same day of sale; the clerk shall re-advertise the sale and pay all costs of the sale from the deposit. Any remaining funds shall be applied toward the judgment.
