Notice is hereby given that St. Johns County is soliciting sealed bids under Invitation for Bids No: 2995; NORTH BEACH WATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS. Interested and qualified Bidders may submit sealed bids in accordance with the requirements provided in the Bid Document, to the St. Johns County Purchasing Department located at 4040 Lewis Speedway, St. Augustine, FL 32084. All sealed bids must be submitted by or before 2:00PM EDT on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, or as otherwise stated in an addendum. Sealed bids delivered to or received by the SJC Purchasing Department after the above submittal deadline shall not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the addressee.
The purpose of this IFB is to solicit Bids from qualified Bidders to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to access site and construct a new treatment building to include new Reverse Osmosis (RO) feed pumps, RO skids, high service pumps, clean-in-place tank and pump, anti-scalant tank and skid, electrical room and gear, air conditioning, restroom and storage. In addition to the building, the project will include demolition of the existing treatment building and existing rectangular storage tank, new transformer and pad, generator, new plant control system and integration to SCADA, relocation of sodium hypochlorite tank and skid, site grading and drainage, and yard piping modifications as shown on the Drawings and as specified herein.
Bidders must obtain and review the Bid Documents, including all Attachments and Exhibits, as well as any issued addenda, for full details and instructions regarding submittal format, full scope of services, minimum qualifications and all other information related to this Bid.
