12465156 Notice of Open Certificate of Compliance Notice is hereby given pursuant to Murfreesboro City Code Section 4-7(D) that the City of Murfreesboro has two (2) open certificates of compliance, equal to the total amount of retail liquor stores permitted by MCC Section 4-10 less any previously approved certificates of compliance, for the operation of one or more retail liquor stores within the City, now available to prospective applicants. Prospective applicants may obtain a written application for a certificate of compliance from the City Recorder or download from the City website www.murfreesborotn.gov. The City shall accept applications for a period of twenty (20) calendar days after the last date of publication of this notice; no applications shall be accepted after that date for that application period.
