On August 27, 2025, Plaintiffs David J. Pereira, Kerri A. Stanzione, Kimberly L. Pereira and David J. Pereira, II filed a complaint asserting claims for Quieting Title, and, alternatively for Adverse Possession and a Declaratory Judgment deeming Plaintiffs rightful owners to the property located at 73 Follett Street East Providence, Rhode Island 02914, which is more particularly described as Map 207 Block 15, Parcel 12 (Lot 211). The deed to this property can be found at Book No. 151, Page 551 in the East Providence City Clerk’s Office.
This notice is being published pursuant to Rhode Island General Law § 34-16-12 and pursuant to a court order issued July 3rd, 2026 (Associate Justice Melissa E. Darigan) to notify any potential unknown claimants with an interest in this action. Any potential claimant’s failure to appear may result in a judgment forever barring any claimed interest in the property. A hearing on Plaintiffs’ motion for default judgment will take place on August 13, 2026 at 9:30am in Providence Superior Court.
