The subject property is located in the Downtown Overlay District with underlying zoning in the Business district. Per Sections 9.4, 10.4, and 10.5 of the Maynard Protective Zoning By-law, the applicant seeks Special Permit and Site Plan Approval for a four-unit multifamily residential use.
