Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A s.5, the Maynard Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a remote public hearing on ZOOM video, to hear all persons interested in the application filed by Michael D. The subject property is a pre-existing nonconforming multifamily residence located in the Downtown Overlay District with underlying zoning in the Business district. The property is nonconforming due to insufficient lot area per residential unit (1,500 square feet per unit required, 1,281.3 square feet per unit provided). Per Section 5 of the Maynard Protective Zoning By-law, the applicant requests a Variance from the dimensional requirements for a four-unit multifamily residential use.
