On Monday, July 27, 2026, at 6:30 pm, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a hybrid public hearing in the Edward H. Dlott (Select Board) Meeting Room, 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA and virtually via Zoom to review the application of Hank Reeves/Scott Holcomb (the “Applicant”). The Applicant seeks a Section 6 FINDING for a standing teardown of a One-Family Dwelling and the construction of a new One-Family Dwelling on a pre-existing non-conforming lot (the “Project”).
