On Monday, July 27, 2026, at 6:30 pm, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a hybrid public hearing in the Edward H. Dlott (Select Board) Meeting Room, 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA and virtually via Zoom to review the application of James J. Hesnan Jr./Daniel Burke (the “Applicant”). The Applicant seeks a Section 6 FINDING for the demolition of a Two-Family Dwelling and the construction of a new Two-Family Dwelling on a pre-existing non-conforming lot (the “Project”).
