NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested or who may be affected, by Colonial Electrical Construction, a Pennsylvania corporation, with its registered address at 250 Norrth Pennsylvania, Morrisville PA 19067, is dissolving and winding up its affairs. The corporation is proceeding under the Pennsylvania Corporation Law of 1933, as amended, so that its corporate existence shall be ended by filling of Articles of Dissolution with the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
