NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned, as the duly appointed Guardian of the above-named Protected Person, will sell at private sale to the highest and best bidder upon the terms and conditions outlined in this document, and SUBJECT TO COURT CONFIRMATION, all right, title, interest and estate that the above-named Protected Person now owns; and all right, title and interest the Protected Person has acquired by operation of law, otherwise, since this guardianship proceeding was established, in and to the real property located at 3543 Willowdale Drive, Sparks, Washoe County, State of Nevada, 89434, consisting of the real property which has the following legal description:
