PUBLIC NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF ABINGTON REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR Abington Public Library Architectural and Engineering Design Services   The Township of Abington, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania (“Township”) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants and firms, or multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive planning, community engagement, architectural, engineering, and construction administration services related to the design, planning, development, and completion of a new public library facility to replace the Abington Free Library, the Township’s main library, located at 1030 Old York Rd. in Abington Township. The services requested by the Township are detailed in the RFP.
