NOTICE TO BIDDERS Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana will receive proposals for Construction Manager as Constructor services for the Sellersburg Technology project located at the Perkins Technology Center, 1638 Production Road, Jeffersonville, IN 47130. The Owner intends to enter into one contract with the firm that submits the lowest responsive and responsible bid who will be fully responsible for coordination of all required work between all trades. All bids must be received uploaded to Workday Strategic Sourcing prior to 3:00 P.M., EST, on August 5, 2026. Evaluation of the proposals and award will be at a later day. A mandatory pre-bid site tour will be held on August 19, 2026, at 1:00 PM., EST. Shortlisted CMc’s will be notified of an interview date August 12, 2026. Bidder questions are due by 3:00 P.M. on July 21, 2026. All bidders are required to furnish Bid Security in the amount of ten (10%) of the base bid. All prices shall be free of all Federal Excise Taxes and State Sales Tax. The bid forms, Form 96, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Non-Collusion Statement, Supplier Diversity Form, E-Verify Affidavit, and other required documents must be completed, signed and notarized where indicated.
