NOTICE TO BIDDERS Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana will receive proposals for Architectural and Engineering services for the Sellersburg Technology project located at the Perkins Technology Center, 1638 Production Road, Jeffersonville, IN 47130. The Architect and Engineer shall provide Professional services for the project as defined in the AIA Document B133 – 2019: Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect, Construction Manager as Constructor Edition as amended by Ivy Tech Community College. Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Bidding Documents (Non-Collusion Statement, Supplier Diversity Form, Data Sharing Agreement), and Request for Proposal (RFP) may be obtained via Ivy Tech Community College Workday Strategic Sourcing website https://ivy-tech-community-college-of-indiana.us.workdayspend.com/rfps/1219971. All bids must be received uploaded to Workday Strategic Sourcing prior to 3:00 P.M., EST, on August 5, 2026. Evaluation of the proposals and award will be at a later day. A mandatory pre-bid site tour will be held on August 19, 2026, at 1:00 PM., EST. Shortlisted A&E Firms will be notified of an interview date August 12, 2026. Bidder questions are due by 3:00 P.M. on July 21, 2026. All prices shall be free of all Federal Excise Taxes and State Sales Tax. The owner reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid. Bids shall remain firm for one-hundred and twenty (120) days from date of Bid Opening.
