Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) Services Flour Bluff Independent School District RFP No. 2025-011 Flour Bluff Independent School District (FBISD) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) Services for multiple projects under the District's 2025 Bond Program, including the Auditorium Renovation, Wetlands Improvements, District-Wide Door Replacement, Primary School Building Addition, Central Plant Construction, Junior High Locker Room Renovation, Intermediate MEP Renovations, and Primary MEP Renovations. Procurement will be conducted in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter F. Sealed proposals are due by 10:00 a.m. (CST) on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at the Flour Bluff ISD Administration Building, 2505 Waldron Road, Corpus Christi, Texas 78418. A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Flour Bluff ISD Maintenance & Transportation Building, 2510 Waldron Road, Corpus Christi, Texas, 78418. All questions must be submitted through the District's Beacon Procurement Platform no later than 1:00 p.m. (CST) on Friday, July 24, 2026.
