BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 12/9/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITHOUT appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 8/19/26. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
A Certain piece or portion of ground situated in the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, in that portion thereof known as Crescent Subdivision, being a subdivision of property belonging to Tara Development Corporation located in Section 81, T-17-S, R-16-E, shown and designated as lot no. twenty (20) of block three (3) of Crescent Subdivision, on a plan thereof made by T. Baker Smith & Son, Inc., C.E., dated February 28, 1973, and of record in the clerk of court's office for the Parish of Terrebonne, Louisiana, under entry no. 459619; lot twenty (20) measures a front of eighty (80') feet on Crescent Court, same width in rear, by depth between equal and parallel lines of one hundred thirty (130') feet, more or less, and more particularly measuring a depth to the water edge of the manmade lake; said property is bounded on the north by lot twenty one (21) and on the south by Lot 19, both in Block 3, Crescent Subdivision, on the west by Crescent Court and on the east by the manmade lake; together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TERMS CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL/CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy the WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued in this case, say the sum of $263483.37, along
With interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including Sheriff’s Office cost and charges.
