That certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, known as LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK THIRTEEN (13) of BAYOU GARDENS, a subdivision of property belonging to Gulf South Realty and Development Company, located in Section 1, T17S-R17E, and Section 9, T16S-R17E, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described according to a plat thereof made by DeFraites Associates, Inc., dated February 28, 1972, of record in the Conveyance Records of the Parish of Terrebonne, Louisiana, under Entry Number 417374, in COB 532, Folio 442, said Lot Seven (7), Block Thirteen (13) having a front of Seventy (70') feet on the Easterly side of Creole Drive, by depth of One Hundred Ten (110') feet between equal and parallel lines, and having a rear width of Seventy (70') feet, said lot being bounded as follows: Front or Westerly by Creole Drive, Northerly by Lot 8, Southerly by Lot 6, all in Block Thirteen (13), of Bayou Gardens, and rear or Easterly by a portion of Tract 2.
