PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the applicant, Pierri 533 Anderson, LLC, owner of property located at 791 Closter Dock Road, Alpine, Bergen County, N.J., also known as Block 70, Lot 12 on the Tax Assessment Map (hereafter referred to as the "Property"), have made application to the Alpine Planning Board for a Soil Movement Permit in relation to the proposed construction of a new single family dwelling on the Property. Applicant proposes a net total soil movement of 2,320 cubic yards. The applicant also requests any additional approvals, variances, waivers, exceptions or any other relief which may be deemed necessary upon review of the application by the Planning Board, including for all pre-existing non-conforming conditions.
A public hearing has been ordered for July 28, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. at the Borough of Alpine, 100 Church Street, Alpine, New Jersey 07620 before the Alpine Planning Board, at which time you may appear either in person or by agent or attorney and present any facts or objections you may have relative to the granting of approval for this application. All documents related to this application, the plans and application are on file in the Municipal Building and are available for inspection on Mondays through Fridays during normal business hours.
