NOTICE TO PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that the City of South Bend, Indiana, Board of Public Works will receive sealed proposals at the Office of Public Works 215 S. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Suite 400 until 8:30 a.m., Local Time, on August 11th, 2026 for the following: Request for Proposal For Construction Manager As Constructor (CMc) Services Howard Park Bandshell Project No. 125-052 The City of South Bend is requesting proposals for the services of a Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) as allowed under Indiana Code 5-32 for the Howard Park Bandshell Project. This project involves construction of a performance bandshell configured with lighting and sound systems at Howard Park, near the East Bank Trail in South Bend, IN 46601. Each proposal shall include seven hard copy responses and a PDF version on a flash drive. Please seal the submission and label the submittal envelope or box as, "Proposal For Construction Manager As Constructor (CMc) Services: Howard Park Bandshell." The Request for Proposal Documents are on file and available for download at https://southbendin.gov/doing-business-in-south-bend/invitations-to-bid-city-contracts-2/.
