In the Court of Common Pleas of Guernsey County, Ohio, Sharon Secrest, Treasurer, Guernsey County, Cambridge Ohio 43725, Plaintiff, -vs- John T. Turner and Linda L. Turner, Defendants, Case No. 26CV204, Judge Daniel G. Padden.
John T. Turner and Linda L. Turner, 365 Woodlawn Avenue, Cambridge, Ohio 43725, cannot with reasonable diligence be found or ascertained, shall take notice that on the 2nd day of June, 2026, Sharon Secrest, Treasurer, Guernsey County, Cambridge, Ohio 43725, in Case No. 26CV204, filed her Complaint against said party praying for foreclosure for delinquent taxes regarding the following described real estate, to wit: 365 Woodlawn Avenue, Cambridge, Ohio 43725.
Said party or parties are required to answer on or before the 28th day following the last publication of the within notice or default judgment or other judgment may be had against them. Said publication shall be made in this newspaper at least once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks.

Situate in the City of Cambridge and State of Ohio.
Property situated at 365 Woodlawn Avenue, Cambridge, Ohio, and described as follows: Commencing at a point which is on the East side of Woodlawn Avenue, 82.2 feet in a Southerly direction along the East side of Woodlawn Avenue from a point on said Avenue in the line dividing the property of Albert Hartill from the real estate conveyed to Joseph E. Hartill by Mary E. Campbell, thence in a Southerly direction along the East side of Woodlawn Avenue, 49.4 feet to a stake in the North side of the highway leading to the Improvement Company's addition to the City of Cambridge; thence East along the North side of said Highway. a distance of 100 feet to a point; thence North 48 feet to a point; thence West 112 feet to the place of beginning.
Said premises are shown as follows on the Guernsey County Auditor's Plat Book: R. 3, T. 2, Q. R. 3, Pt. Lot 42; acreage .14 in Cambridge Corporation, Parcel No. 7.
Being part of the premises as conveyed to the Grantors herein by Certificate of Transfer recorded in Volume 279, Page 1074, Deed Records, Guernsey County, Ohio.
