TO: ALL PERSONS CLAIMING A SECURITY OR OTHER INTEREST IN THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED PROPERTY
The above-described property was seized pursuant to the provisions of the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act, Sections 932.701-932.7062, Florida Statutes, by the Port St. Lucie Police Department on May 19, 2026, in the City of Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County, FL at the residence of 3558 SW Viceroy St, Port St Lucie, FL . The Port St. Lucie Police Department is currently in possession of said property and has filed a Complaint for the purpose of forfeiture of said property in the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida.
In order to protect your rights, you must file an Answer to the Complaint with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, 201 South Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce, FL 34950, within twenty (20) days of this publication. You must also serve a copy of your Answer on Plaintiff’s counsel, Daniella Margetic, Esquire, City Attorney’s Office, 121 SW Port St. Lucie Blvd., Port St. Lucie, FL 34984. Failure to do so may result in the entry of a default against you and a Final Order of Forfeiture of the above-described property.
