Woody, Esquire is appointed Guardian ad Litem on behalf of all unknown persons and persons who may be in the military service of the United States of America (constituted as a class and designated as “John Doe”), all unknown minors or persons under a disability (constituted as a class and designated as “Richard Roe”), all of which have or may claim to have some interest in the property that is the subject of this action, commonly known as 1690 Jenkins Avenue, Hardeeville, SC 29927, that Kelley Y. Woody, Esquire is empowered and directed to appear on behalf of and represent all unknown persons and persons who may be in the military service of the United States of America, constituted as a class and designated as “John Doe”, all unknown minors and persons under a disability, constituted as a class and designated as “Richard Roe”, unless the Defendants, or someone acting on their behalf, shall, within thirty (30) days after service of a copy of this Order as directed below, procure the appointment of a Guardian or Guardians ad Litem for the Defendants constituted as a class designated as “John Doe” or “Richard Roe”. NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an action has been commenced and is now pending or is about to be commenced in the Circuit Court upon the complaint of the above named Plaintiff against the above named Defendant for the purpose of foreclosing a certain mortgage of real estate heretofore given by James W. Badger and Khary Smalls aka Khary P.W. Smalls to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Trust, Series INABS 2005-C, Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series INABS 2005-C bearing date of June 29, 2005 and recorded July 11, 2005 in Mortgage Book 372 at Page 124 in the Register of Mesne Conveyances/Register of Deeds/Clerk of Court for Jasper County, in the original principal sum of One Hundred Seventeen Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($117,000.00). Thereafter, by assignment recorded on November 13, 2023 in Book 1137 at Page 1523, the mortgage was assigned to the Plaintiff., and that the premises effected by said mortgage and by the foreclosure thereof are situated in the County of Jasper, State of South Carolina, and is described as follows: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, lying and being situate in Jasper County, South Carolina, near the Town of Hardeeville, containing Six Hundred Ninety-Five Thousandths (.695) acres, more or less, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point at the right of way of Jenkins Avenue and running along said right of way N 62 degrees 43'00" W for a distance of One Hundred Fifty and Twenty Four Hundredths (150.24') feet; more or less, to a point; thence turning and running S 00 degrees 20'12" W for a distance of Two Hundred Twenty Four and Forty Two Hundredths (224.42') feet, more or less, along a twenty (20') feet easement which leads to Jenkins Avenue to a point; thence turning and running S 62 degrees 43'00"E for a distance of One Hundred Fifty Two and Thirty Four Hundredths (152.34') feet, more or less, along lands now or formerly of Rev.
