PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that an appeal has been filed with the Zoning Hearing Board of Millcreek Township, Erie County, PA by the following: Fastsigns, for property located at 2403 West 8th Street, seeking variances from Sign Regulations in the MU-2 Corridor Mixed Use District. Accel Sign Group, Inc., for property located at 5224 West Ridge Road, seeking variances from Sign Regulations in the MU-2 Corridor Mixed Use District. Westminster Development, LLC, for property located at 2381 Zimmerly Road, seeking a dimensional variance from the Floodplain Ordinance for the construction and development of the parcel, which includes commercial buildings, off-street parking, driveways, grading, utilities, dumpsters, lighting, and stormwater management within 50’ of the top-of-bank of an AE Flood Zone in the MU-2 Corridor Mixed Use District. A public hearing will be held on said petition on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in the Millcreek Township Assembly Room, 3608 West 26 Street, at which time and place all persons interested may be heard if they so desire.
