Notice is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING will be held on August 12, 2026, at 7:30 P.M. by the Norwell Zoning Board of Appeals procedurally under MA General Laws, Chapter 40A, Sections 6, 9, 11, and 15, in person at the Norwell Town Offices, 93 Longwater Cir, Norwell, MA and broadcast live from the North River Room 133A on Comcast Channel 9 and Verizon Channel 40 with a Zoom option, on the application of:

For a Site Plan Review, Special Permit, Section 6 Finding, and Sign Variance under § 201-3.2, § 201-3.3, §201-3.4, § 201-9.2 (lot area), and § 201-14.6 B of the Norwell Zoning Bylaw. The applicant is seeking approval to allow the conversion of the former bank into a Dunkin’ restaurant which will also operate the existing drive through window with proposed modifications. The current 28.75” x 82.25” LED pylon sign to remain. The applicant is requesting to add a 27.9 sq. ft. Dunkin’ sign at the front entrance and a second 17.5 sq. ft. sign with the Dunkin’ cup logo above the side entrance. The property consisting of approximately .96 acres is located at 69 Washington St., Business District B, as shown on the Assessor’s Map 12, Lot 20, and recorded at the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds Book 55920 Page 0291. The existing building was constructed in 2007.
