Planning Board Case No. 2026-CoC-02
In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A, Section 11, the Quincy Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at or after 6:00 PM, in the 1st Floor Boards and Commissions Room, Old Town Hall, 1305 Hancock Street, Quincy, MA, on the application of Maple Multi-Family Land East Coast, L.P., 40 Washington Street, Suite 20, Wellesley, MA 02481, for Certificate of Consistency under the Sections 8.5, 9.3.3, and 10 of the City of Quincy Zoning Ordinance. The Applicant proposes the construction of five hundred twenty (520) residential units within four residential buildings along with structured garage and exterior surface parking for a total of five hundred forty (540) spaces. The proposal will also include resident amenity space and professionally designed drainage controls and landscaping. The property contains 403,163+/- square feet of land and is located at 100 Newport Avenue Extension, 150 Newport Avenue Extension, 17 Oak Avenue, and 34 Myrtle Street. The subject properties are located within the Residence B, Residence C, & Transit-Oriented District zoning districts and are shown on Assessors Map 6162, Lots 40, 22, 19, Plots E & C, and Map 6159, Lot 30.
A copy of the Applicant’s plans may be examined at the Department of Planning and Community Development, Quincy City Hall, 34 Coddington Street, 3rd Floor, Quincy, Monday through Friday during regular working hours 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM or on the Planning Department’s website at: Planning & Community Development (revize.com).
