NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
VILLAGE OF MENOMONEE FALLS, WISCONSIN
REZONING
There will be a PUBLIC HEARING before the VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES of the VILLAGE OF MENOMONEE FALLS on August 3, 2026 at 6:30 PM or as close to that time as possible, in the MENOMONEE FALLS BOARD ROOM (Room 2245) located at W156N8480 Pilgrim Road.
The public hearing is being held to consider the Plan Commission’s recommendation regarding the petition of WILLIAM GENTIL, HOME PATH FINANCIAL LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, FOR HERBERT K. GROSS owned lands east of Lannon Road to rezone lands from the R-1 Single-family Residential District to the Planned Residential Development (PRD) District creating the RESERVE AT LANNON ROAD PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT.
The subject lands are identified by Tax Key Number 79.994.012 and legally described as:
LOT 1 CERT SURV 4658 VOL 37/228 40 AC PT SW1/4 SEC 30 T8N R20E DOC# 2807746
A map showing the subject property may be obtained from the Department of Engineering & Development. During the public hearing, if you wish to be heard, the Village Board of Trustees asks that you begin by stating your name and address, speak for no more than three minutes, and attempt to avoid duplication.
