NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Etna Township Board of Zoning Appeals Etna, Ohio The Etna Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, starting at 6:00 p.m. at the Etna Township Administration Building, 81 Liberty Street, Etna, Ohio. The application submitted by Brent Ward, for the property located at 91 Sycamore Creek Rd SW, Etna, OH 43062, within the R-2 Zoning District, requests a variance to construct an accessory structure in excess of the allowable 800 sq. ft. maximum. Section 1005.1 of the Etna Township Zoning Resolution allows a maximum of 800 sq.ft. of accessory structure to be constructed in this zoning district.
