NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Etna Township Board of Zoning Appeals Etna, Ohio The Etna Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, starting at 6:00 p.m. at the Etna Township Administration Building, 81 Liberty Street, Etna, Ohio. The application submitted by Custom Sign Center, c/o Thomas Bradford Jr. and James Brooks, for the property located at 10077 Tollgate Rd SW, Etna, OH 43062, within the M-1 Light Manufacturing Zoning District, requests a variance to install a sign exceeding the 15 ft. maximum. Section 1209-C-4 of the Etna Township Zoning Resolution allows a maximum height of 15 ft in this zoning district.
