NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Etna Township Board of Zoning Appeals Etna, Ohio The Etna Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, starting at 6:00 p.m. at the Etna Township Administration Building, 81 Liberty Street, Etna, Ohio. The application submitted by 310 Center LLC, c/o James Cotugno, for the property located at 10156 Palmer Rd, Etna, OH 43062, within the GB-1 General Business Zoning District, requests a variance to install an 8' high chain link fence in front of the principal structure along Palmer Rd. Section 1005-G of the Etna Township Zoning Resolution states no accessory structures are permitted within the front yard, except decorative fences located a minimum of one foot outside of the road right-of-way (ROW) and low enough to ensure safe ingress and egress on a parcel adjacent to a public road.
