SUCCESSION OF PEGGY NELSON ROBERTS
NOTICE IS GIVEN that Leslie Paige Nelson Pebbles, administrator of the Succession of Peggy Nelson Roberts, is applying for authority to sell at private sale, the immovable property owned by the Succession of Peggy Nelson Roberts, which is more particularly described as follows:
A certain piece, parcel or lot ofland, together with all buildings and improvements thereon located, bring, lying, and situated in the City of Alexandria, State of Louisiana, and more particularly described as follows:
Lot 27 of Willow Wood Condominiums, Phase IV, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 20, Page 68, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, together with all rights, ways, privileges, and ownership interests in and to the common condominium regime filed of record on February 11, 1982, in Conveyance Book 1054, Page 718, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, together with all amendments, supplements, and corrections thereto, particularly the amendment to Willow Wood Condominium Declaration dated and filed March 2, 1986, in Conveyance Book 1173, Page 578, Records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana; being the same property acquired by Alice Hargrove Young from Paul D. White, et ux, filed on April 4, 1986, Instrument Number 814044, Conveyance Book 1174, Page 409, Records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
Being the same property acquired by Peggy G. Roberts from Alice H. Young via Act of Cash dated November 6 and 10, 2020, and recorded on November 10, 2020, at Conveyance Book 2155, Page 611, Instrument Number 1679168, Records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
The sale is proposed as a private sale for the price of One Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand and No/I 00 Dollars ($165,000.00), and is made on such terms and conditions as are set forth in the proposed "Agreement to Buy and Sell" filed of record in the above numbered and entitled succession proceeding. The sale is to be executed by a standard cash sale deed commonly used in the location of the sale. A copy of the proposed Agreement ot Buy and Sell, and other related paperwork is filed of record in the above described proceeding. An order authorizing Leslie Paige Nelson Pebbles to sell the above described immovable property may be issued after seven days from the date of second publication of this notice. An opposition to the application may be filed at any time prior to the issuance of such an order.
