White, et ux, filed on April 4, 1986, Instrument Number 814044, Conveyance Book 1174, Page 409, Records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana. Being the same property acquired by Peggy G. Roberts from Alice H. Young via Act of Cash dated November 6 and 10, 2020, and recorded on November 10, 2020, at Conveyance Book 2155, Page 611, Instrument Number 1679168, Records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana. The sale is proposed as a private sale for the price of One Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand and No/I 00 Dollars ($165,000.00), and is made on such terms and conditions as are set forth in the proposed "Agreement to Buy and Sell" filed of record in the above numbered and entitled succession proceeding. The sale is to be executed by a standard cash sale deed commonly used in the location of the sale.
