Bids will be accepted at: Attn: YMCA of Rock River Valley Kaela Wolfe – Early Childhood Assistant Director YMCA Children's Learning Center 2918 Glenwood Ave. Rockford, IL 61101 Bids will be accepted until 10:00AM on Tuesday, July 28th at which time they will be opened and read aloud.
