48422, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for St. Clair County, Michigan on October 6, 2011, in Liber 4187 of Mortgages, Pages 973-978, and upon which mortgage there is claimed to be due as of the date of this notice for principal and interest the sum of One Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand One Hundred Eighty-Eight and 82/100 ($155,188.82) Dollars and said default having continued for more than thirty (30) days and no suit or proceedings having been instituted to recover the debt secured by the mortgage;

The length of the period of redemption from such sale will be six (6) months immediately following said sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with 1948CL 600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be thirty (30) days from the date of such sale. If the property is sold at foreclosure sale, pursuant to MCL 600.3278 the Borrower will be held responsible to the person who buys the property at the mortgage foreclosure sale or to the mortgage holder for damaging the property during the redemption period.
